( The seven of charisma) witnessed the interaction of 250 beneficiaries in Asharqia Chamber

          The lecture organized by Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Training Center recently at the main headquarters in Dammam, focused on the study of personal traits that enhance the positive and effective influence of people on others in the field of work and different fields of life.
In the lecture, which witnessed the presence and interaction of more than 250 beneficiaries of the two sexes, the lecture was reviewed by Abdullah bin Saeed Al Houti, the trainer in charge of leadership and building loyalty and self development, and some of the skillful activities that contribute to self development, vision forming and goal setting.
The lecture aims to improve human relations to ensure the visit of motivation, creating a high motivation environment and creative atmosphere for work.
Al Houti said in the lecture that charisma is the hidden attraction or magic that can inspire dedication in others, which is attributed to people, institutions or positions because of their supposed connection with vital powers.
